PRE/POST NUPTIAL AGREEMENTS
Are you planning a wedding? Whether this is your first marriage or your third marriage, you may want to consider protecting your assets. An attorney consultation is an excellent way to broach a topic that will result in comfort and security for the future.
There are times when mediation may be necessary to come to an agreeable settlement for both parties. Negotiated settlement is almost always better than a divorce decided on by a judge, and I will help you through the process by using my considerable negotiation skills.
CHILD SUPPORT/ VISITATION
Parenting issues, modification of support,
post-judgment enforcement, paternity,
relocation, step-parent adoption- can all leave a child vulnerable. As a parent myself, your child's well being is my primary goal.
DUI / CRIMINAL CHARGES
1st time offense to repeat offender- we can determine workable strategies for dropped or reduced charges, or reduced jail time.
In a contested divorce, the court, upon request of either party, shall determine the legal title as between the parties, and the ownership and value of all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, of the parties. The first step in a property division proceeding is to determine which of the property is marital property and which is non-marital.
If you're considering filing a personal injury lawsuit over a car accident, slip and fall, or any other kind of injury, you may be wondering "What is my case really worth?" The answer comes down to "damages" -- figuring out what your injuries have cost you monetarily, physically, and mentally (and, in some cases, whether the defendant's conduct should be punished).
